The Starter plan supports up to 3 seats. The Pro plan supports up to 25 seats. The Business plan has no seat cap and includes volume pricing for large organizations. You can add or remove seats at any time and your billing adjusts on the next cycle.
Driftly integrates with Slack, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Notion, Linear, and GitHub. Slack and Google Calendar are available on all paid plans. The full integration suite is available on Pro and Business. A public API is available on Business for custom integrations.
Yes. You can export all focus sessions, goals, and reports as CSV or JSON from the Settings page at any time. Pro and Business customers can also schedule automatic weekly exports delivered to an email address or an S3-compatible bucket.
You can cancel at any time from Settings, then Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees and we do not ask you to call anyone.
Yes. Driftly is fully GDPR compliant. All data is stored in EU-based data centers. We act as a data processor on behalf of your organization, and we offer a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to all customers. You can request deletion of all personal data at any time from the Privacy section in Settings.
Your data is retained for 30 days after downgrade or cancellation so you can export it or reactivate your account. After 30 days all data is permanently deleted from our systems. We will send you a reminder email before deletion occurs.
No. Driftly works through intentional check-ins: team members start and stop focus sessions themselves. We do not install browser extensions that monitor activity, and we do not access files, emails, or application usage. What your team focuses on stays private.
Absolutely. The Starter plan is a great solo focus tracker. You get unlimited personal focus sessions, goal tracking, and a weekly summary report. You can invite teammates later whenever you are ready.

Every Monday morning Driftly emails each team member and the workspace admin a summary of the previous week. The report shows total focused hours, goal completion rate, top focus periods, and a comparison to the prior week. Admins get a team rollup view as well. Reports are also accessible in the app under Insights.
Yes. Admins on Pro and Business plans can create shared team goals, such as a target number of focused hours per week. Each team member sees progress toward the shared goal alongside their personal goals. Goal completion is tracked in the Weekly Report and on the Team Insights dashboard.
